These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lucero's Civil Tips mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. The Service
Lucero's Civil Tips is a reference application that provides a searchable glossary of tips, shortcuts, workflows, and term definitions related to civil land development and design software. The content is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.
2. No Professional Advice
Lucero's Civil Tips is not a substitute for professional engineering judgment, official software documentation, or applicable codes and standards. You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it in your work. Lucero's Civil Tips is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Autodesk, Bentley Systems, or any other software vendor referenced within the App. All product names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
3. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal or internal professional use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the App or its content.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, text, and curated content (excluding third-party trademarks), is owned by Lucero's Civil Tips and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the content is accurate, complete, or current, or that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
